We’ll discuss your design ideas, pricing, production timeline, and answer any questions you may have about the custom jewelry process. Step 2 – $200 Down Payment Once the design concept is finalized, a $200 down payment is required to begin your custom project. After we receive the deposit, we’ll create a detailed 3D rendering that shows your custom piece from every angle. You can make unlimited revisions and adjustments during the design stage until you're 101% satisfied. The down payment will be fully credited toward your final payment. Step 3 – Manufacturing Begins After you confirm the CAD design, we’ll request the remaining balance and begin the production process. Manufacturing takes approximately 1–2 weeks. During this time, we’ll send you images or videos to keep you updated on the progress of your custom piece. Step 4 – Quality Check Every piece goes through strict quality inspection by our master jewelers to ensure flawless stone settings, secure prongs, and perfect polishing. Our commitment to craftsmanship and detail is the foundation of our reputation. Step 5 – Delivery Once your custom piece is completed, we’ll send you photos and a video for final confirmation. After your approval, your jewelry will be shipped to you via FedEx or UPS secured delivery, and you’ll receive it within 4 business days.
