Order Processing and Delivery
Non-Custom Orders
Non-custom orders typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery is approximately 4–5 business days after dispatch.
Custom Orders
After you confirm the custom project and pay the required deposit, CAD design is typically completed within 1–2 business days and sent to you for approval.
After CAD approval, production typically takes 15–20 business days. The finished piece is then dispatched promptly, with delivery approximately 4–7 business days after dispatch.
Requested revisions or delayed CAD approval may extend the schedule.
Tracking and Carriers
Orders are shipped with tracking. Once the order is dispatched, the tracking details are sent to the email address provided at checkout. Carrier availability may vary by destination.
Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery times are estimates. Holidays, customs inspections, carrier delays, severe weather, incomplete addresses, and circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the product price unless stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any charges assessed by the destination country.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or has been dispatched.
