How do I start my custom pendant project? (Is it complicated?)

It’s simple. Start with just a $100 deposit. You don't need to pay the full price upfront. Our design team will create a detailed 3D rendering of your logo, name, or heart pendant necklace for your approval. We tweak it until you love it. Only after you say "Go" do we start crafting.

Why choose Sommarnox over cheaper custom jewelers?

No Glue. Cheaper brands use glue to stick stones on, which looks dull and falls out. We use Micro-Pave Prong Settings. Our jewelers hand-set every single VVS stone under a microscope, just like a $50,000 diamond piece. We build custom pendants to last a lifetime, not just a weekend.

Will my pendant hit under flash/light?

It will blind. We use VVS1 Clarity Moissanite or Lab Diamonds that are cut to maximize light refraction. Our stones score higher on the refractive index than standard diamonds, giving you that "rainbow disco ball" effect. Your custom pendant will pass the diamond tester and turn heads from across the room.

Will the bale fit my thick Cuban Link Chain?

We customize the bale (the loop) to fit your specific chain. Don't get stuck with a pendant that doesn't fit. Tell us if you are rocking a 12mm, 15mm, or 19mm Miami Cuban Link, and we will engineer the bale to slide on smoothly and sit flat on your chest.

Can I wear this in the gym or shower? (Will it fade?)

We recommend keeping it dry for max shine, BUT our 5x PVD Gold Vermeil is built for the hustle. Bonded over solid 925 Sterling Silver, our finish is sweat-resistant and hypoallergenic. You won't get "green neck" or tarnishing with Sommarnox pendants.

Can you do 3D Picture Pendants?

Yes. This is one of our specialties. We can turn a photo of a loved one into a high-definition, 3D-layered tribute piece framed in ice. Whether it's a memorial piece or a heart pendant necklace for a gift, we capture every detail with precision enamel and engraving.
